UK Shipping Options:

Bank Holiday 

Orders placed after 12pm on 2nd April will be dispatched from 7th April due to the Bank Holiday. No orders will be delivered between the 3rd & 6th April.

Pick up in store from Chatsworth Estate Farm Shop

You can collect your order for free from Chatsworth Estate Farm Shop in Pilsley, DE45 1UF. Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be ready for collection after 12pm the next day. Orders placed from 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday, will not be available for collection until Tuesday after 12pm. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. For opening times, click here. Please note, due to limited storage space, all orders must be collected within one week, or they will be returned to our warehouse. Preferred collection dates are not guaranteed.

First Class - Signed For (Gift Vouchers Only)

Orders containing gift vouchers alone (with no other gifts) are despatched and delivered within two to three working days from placing your order using a First Class - Signed For service. Orders placed from 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday, will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed. Please note gift voucher orders are not trackable until a delivery attempt has been made.

Standard Delivery (UK Mainland only)

Orders are despatched and delivered within three to four days from placing your order. Orders placed from 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday, will be shipped on Monday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day (excluding bank holidays). Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed. Parcelforce do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Mainland only)

Orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same day for delivery the next day and orders placed after 12pm are despatched the next day (excluding bank holidays). Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday (excluding bank holidays). Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed. Parcelforce do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.

UK Non Mainland & Scottish Highlands

Covers the following areas: Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands/Islands. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey or the Channel Islands. Our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays. 

Product Exceptions

Chatsworth Cream Tea Gift Box & Cheese Gift Boxes - Our baked goodies & cheeses are fresh for each order. Orders placed before 5pm Sunday - Thursday will be shipped the following day. Any orders placed after 5pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday. These products are not available for next day delivery. Orders containing cheese can only be delivered Tuesday-Friday. 

International delivery

We unable to operate an international service at this time.

All orders are trackable via our couriers. All products are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or higher quality and value. We do not take responsibility for the actions of our carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for incorrect addressing, for deliveries that are refused by the recipient, or where the carrier cannot deliver due to insufficient or incorrect addressing. Additional delivery charges will be charged in the event of redelivery. We cannot also accept responsibility for delays that may occur due to adverse weather conditions, traffic incidents, industrial action, or ferry disruptions.
