Product description
Established by George Sandeman in 1790, Sandeman has been shipping fine Portos all over the world for more than 225 years. Matured in small oak casks, this 10 year old port has developed a strong and appealing tawny character.
Serve slightly chilled in a large glass and enjoy it with strong cheese or tarte tatin, custards or ice creams.
Sandeman Aged Tawnies are famously and highly awarded, with multiple trophies and gold medals won over the last years in the most accredited wine competitions worldwide.
Tasting notes
Aromas of mellow red fruits combine with notes of raisins, roasted nuts, caramel and vanilla. The sweetness is well balanced by a refreshing acidity which carries the complex flavours onto the lingering finish.
