Truffle shells filled with creamy caramel centres, blended with sea salt & smothered in decadent milk chocolate.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent of cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter.

110g

Milk chocolate 57% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), caramel 42% (glucose syrup, sweetened condensed skimmed MILK, sugar, water, cocoa butter, modified starch, colouring caramel; thickener: agar-agar, emulsifiers: E471, sunflower lecithin; salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: E202), salt 0.6%, colour: iron oxide.

Milk Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 40% min. Milk Solids 14% min.
