A delicious barbeque sauce using overripe plums and pears which are too sweet to make jam but perfect for this sticky, smoky sauce.

Working closely with Fruits of the Forage and operating under a no waste function, our new range of sauces, chutneys and relish are born out of the desire to use fruit and wild plants.


Ingredients

250g

Plums (34%), distilled malt vinegar (BARLEY), pears (19%), chopped dates (dates, rice flour), water, light brown muscovado sugar, tomato paste, kibbled onion, natural beech smoke oil, salt, spices (MUSTARD).

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Shake bottle before serving.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 weeks.
