This digital gift voucher will be delivered immediately by email with a code for the recipient to redeem the value of the card. Valid only for purchasing items from our online gift shop. Additional Information

Our digital gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are delivered instantly via email to your chosen recipient. Please note that preferred delivery dates are not available for digital vouchers as they are sent to the recipient immediately upon purchase.

They are only for purchasing items from our online gift shop (https://shop.chatsworth.org/) and should you wish to purchase a gift voucher that can be used in our cafés, shops & restaurants please click here. Our digital gift vouchers cannot be used towards the purchase of any other type of gift voucher available from our online gift shop.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Our digital gift vouchers can be ordered online with a minimum value of £10.
  2. Our digital gift voucher can only be redeemed at our online gift shop, at https://shop.chatsworth.org/, as part or full payment for goods (certain exclusions apply, please see below). They cannot be redeemed at other areas of the business, including https://www.chatsworth.org/ for bookings or events.
  3. Digital gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against other types of gift vouchers including our Shops & Restaurant gift vouchers, Day Out vouchers and Afternoon Tea gift vouchers.
  4. Digital gift vouchers will be delivered to the recipient's email address which is supplied by you when it is purchased. By providing that email address you confirm you are authorised to do so. Personal data shall be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  5. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is correct, as we cannot take responsibility for vouchers sent to an incorrect address.
  6. Our digital gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  7. Any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases, provided the card has not expired. No cash change will be given.
  8. The digital gift voucher will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any balance remaining unused after it expires will not be valid or available to use after the date of expiry.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse a digital gift voucher which we deem to be duplicated, tampered with or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
