All-butter cheese straws lovingly hand baked by Stag Bakeries on the Isle of Lewis in the Scottish Outer Hebrides.

These cheese straws have been developed with our best-selling range of Chatsworth Farm Shop cheeses in the recipe and offer crisp and flaky pastry in layers, perfect for an addition to the cheeseboard, for dipping into chutneys or as a moreish snack.


Ingredients

100g

Wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, folic acid, thamine, wheat gluten), butter (milk, colour: E160a(i)), water, mature cheddar cheese (29%) (milk, salt), salt, mustard powder.  

For allergens including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Made in a facility that also handles egg, soya, nuts, celery and sesame.

Suitable for vegetarians. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
