Truffles filled with ganache centres, blended with Marc de Champagne, and smothered in creamy milk chocolate.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter.

Milk chocolate 62% (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), butter (MILK), fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), Marc de Champagne 4%.

Dark Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 61% min. Milk Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 40% min. Milk Solids 14% min.
