Handmade milk chocolate thins with the warmth of ginger and gentle spices to perfectly capture the flavour of gingerbread.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours of reminiscent cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter. 


Ingredients

130g

Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; natural vanilla), dried ginger, mixed spices.

Milk chocolate contains minimum cocoa solids 34%, minimum milk solids 14%.
