Inspired by the flavours of our jams, curds and marmalades, these biscuits are made specially for Chatsworth in the town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

The box features botanical drawings inspired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire's head gardener Joseph Paxton's own journals from the Duke's private library.


Ingredients

150g

WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (28%) (MILK, salt), brown sugar, sugar infused dried sour cherries (7%) (sour cherries, sugar, dextrose, sunflower oil), rice flour, cherry jam (2%) (sour cherries, sugar, Amaretto, gelling agent: apple pectin), natural flavouring, lemon, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate; sea salt.
