A specially formulated, rich cocoa powder hot chocolate mix which forms a smooth and creamy drink.


Ingredients

250g

Sugar, fat-reduced cocoa powder (cocoa butter 11% minimum), thickener: xanthan gum.

Nutritional information per 100g: Energy 1579kJ / Energy 380kcal / Fat 29.7g / of which saturates 19.3g / Carbohydrates 6.6g / of which sugars 4.1g / Protein 22.5g / Salt 1.3g

Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Store in a cool, dry place. Once open, keep stored in this airtight tin.

Add two heaped spoons of chocolate powder into a mug. Add a tablespoon of warm water to the powder and mix until it forms a smooth paste. Top up with your choice of hot milk, mix well and enjoy.
