A fine bone china tea cup and saucer featuring the Chatsworth bumblebee design, perfect for an afternoon cup of tea. 

The print was inspired from a book found in the Chatsworth archives, Isectorum sive minimorum animalium theatrum by Thomas Moffet published in 1634, the first English work devoted to entomology. Chatsworth's copy of the book is a first edition which originated in the library of the scientist Henry Cavendish.
