New Customer Offer – 10% Off Orders Over £60: Terms & Conditions

This offer is available to new customers only. A "new customer" is defined as someone who has not previously made a purchase with us using the same email address, delivery address, or payment method. The offer is valid for UK residents aged 18 and over. It is intended for personal use only and is not applicable to corporate gifting or bulk/commercial orders.

New customers will receive 10% off their first order when spending £60 or more (excluding delivery charges). To redeem the offer, customers must enter the code WELCOME10 at checkout. The £60 minimum spend must be met before any discounts or promotions are applied. The discount is valid for one-time use only per customer.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes or discounts. The discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers. Gift vouchers, delivery charges, and any specifically excluded products (if applicable) do not count towards the £60 minimum spend. The offer is not valid on sale or clearance items, unless otherwise stated.

This offer is valid until 11:59pm on 31st July 2026, or while promotional stock lasts. We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

If items from the order are returned and the remaining order value falls below £60, the discount will no longer apply, and any refund will be adjusted accordingly. Standard return and refund policies apply.

If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, and the customer places a new order, the discount may not be re-applied. The promo code cannot be reissued or reused once applied to an eligible order.

We are not responsible for technical issues, system errors, or user mistakes that prevent the discount from being applied. If you encounter problems, please contact customer service before completing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse discounts where we suspect misuse, abuse, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
