How It Works

Orders must be placed and confirmed by the Chatsworth team in writing before 17:00 (GMT) on Friday 6 November. Orders must be over £1,000 (including VAT) and after any discount, to receive the hamper gift. One complimentary gift applies per order.

How to Place a Corporate Order

1. Corporate businesses should send their enquiry for further information or to place your order to corporate@chatsworth.org.
2. The Chatsworth corporate team will provide a quote to you. They will also confirm if your order is eligible to receive the complimentary hamper gift and which hamper will be included. They will request the recipient address and contact details to ship the hampers, if different from your main order shipping details.
3. When you proceed with your order, the corporate team will take a deposit or full payment for your order, and provide you with proof of payment, including the details of your complimentary hamper gift.

Terms & Conditions

• The business placing the order can be a new or existing customer to Chatsworth’s corporate gifting service.
• To qualify for the hamper reward, the business must place an order with a value of £1,000 or more (including VAT, after any discounts) before 17:00 (GMT) on 6 November 2026.
• Orders must be submitted and confirmed by the Chatsworth corporate team prior to 17:00 (GMT) on 6 November 2026, to be eligible to receive the hamper reward. Any enquiry by telephone or email placed after 17:00 (GMT) on 6 November will not qualify for the reward.
• Only one hamper reward is applicable per corporate order. Multiple orders from the same business will be eligible to receive a hamper reward if each order meets the required minimum spend.
• There are three different complimentary hampers available to be added to a corporate order, depending on the total order value. For orders over £1,000 (inc VAT) will be eligible to receive The Cosy Christmas Gift Box (RRP £33.95), orders over £2,500 (inc VAT) will be eligible to receive a Festive Treats Gift Box (RRP £79.95), Orders over £5,000 (inc VAT) will be eligible to receive an Ultimate Christmas Hamper (RRP £210.00).
• Corporate gifting shipments are limited to UK mainland addresses.
• Hamper rewards will be issued alongside the shipment of your gifts.
• Chatsworth reserves the right to determine the format and method of delivery.
• Hamper rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Chatsworth Estate Trading Limited reserves the right to decline a hamper reward that does not meet the scheme criteria or where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the hamper reward scheme at any time without prior notice.
• By submitting an eligible order, you confirm that you have the authority to do so on behalf of the company placing the order and their consent to share their contact details with Chatsworth for the purposes of this hamper reward scheme. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
• This scheme is intended for business use only. Chatsworth may reject order submitted by individuals or companies not acting in a business capacity.
