Corporate Gifting Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

How It Works

If you know another business that could benefit from our corporate gifting service, simply refer them to us. When your referral places an order*, we’ll thank you with a £25 Chatsworth gift voucher.

And there’s more: each successful referral will also enter you into our year-end prize draw to win a luxury overnight stay for two at a Chatsworth Escapes hotel, including dinner, bed, and breakfast.

How to Refer a Business

  1. Identify a business contact who may be interested in our corporate gifting services.
  2. Email their details to corporate@chatsworth.org and copy the contact into the same message.
  3. If they place an order, you’ll receive a £25 gift voucher and a spot in the prize draw.

Terms & Conditions

  • The referred business must be a new customer to Chatsworth’s corporate gifting service and must not have placed any previous orders.
  • To qualify for the reward, the referred business must place a first order with a value of £1,000 or more (including VAT, after any discounts).
  • Referrals must be submitted prior to the referred business placing their first order.
  • Only one reward is available per referred business.
  • If the same business is referred by multiple people, the first referral received will be eligible for the reward.
  • Corporate gifting shipments are currently limited to UK addresses.
  • Rewards will be issued within 14 days of the qualifying order being placed and paid in full. Chatsworth reserves the right to determine the format and method of delivery.
  • Referral rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Chatsworth Estate Trading Limited reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet the scheme criteria or where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse.
  • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • By submitting a referral, you confirm that you have the referred party’s consent to share their contact details with Chatsworth for the purposes of this scheme. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • The referral reward applies only to the first qualifying order made by the referred business. Any future orders will not qualify for additional rewards.
  • This scheme is intended for business use only. Chatsworth may reject referrals submitted by individuals or companies not acting in a business capacity.
