Orders are despatched and delivered within three to four days from placing your order. Orders placed from 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday, will be shipped on Monday. Preferred delivery dates are optional and cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same day for delivery the next day. Orders placed after 12pm are despatched the next day. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday. Preferred delivery dates are optional and cannot be guaranteed.

You can collect your order for free from Chatsworth Estate Farm Shop in Pilsley, DE45 1UF. Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be ready for collection after 12pm the next day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, will not be available for collection until the following Tuesday after 12pm. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. For opening times, click here. Please note, due to limited storage space, all orders must be collected within one week, or they will be returned to our warehouse. Preferred collection dates are not guaranteed.
