Using only fruit and Champagne with no colourings or flavourings, these mallows have a soft taste of berries with a smooth, sweet flavour from the rosé Champagne. They are hand finished with a striking dried raspberry crumb after being whipped up, hand poured and cut in The Marshmallowist’s bakery in Yorkshire.


Ingredients

120g

Sugar, glucose syrup, invert sugar, raspberry
juice from concentrate (21%), fish gelatine, glycerine, rosé Champagne 12.5% ABV (3%), dried raspberries (2%), salt, cornflour, icing sugar.  

For allergens see ingredients in bold. Made in a bakery
that also handles dairy, soya, nuts and cereals containing gluten.

Unsuitable for vegetarians, suitable for pescatarians. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
