Using only the finest, darkest cocoa with no colourings or flavourings, these mallows are classically decadent yet extraordinarily light. They are hand rolled in flaked chocolate after being whipped up, hand poured and cut in The Marshmallowist’s bakery in Yorkshire.


Ingredients

120g

Sugar, water, glucose syrup, invert sugar, 100% dark organic cocoa (14%), fish gelatine, glycerine, salt, organic cinnamon, cornflour, icing sugar.  

For allergens see ingredients in bold. Made in a bakery that also handles dairy, soya, nuts and cereals containing gluten.

Unsuitable for vegetarians, suitable for pescatarians.Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, store in an airtight container.
