Durello Spumante Brut Palladiano
A lesser-known yet great alternative to prosecco. The Durello grape is local to the Veneto region of Italy with the the name of the grape referring to the small, late-maturing berries (duro = hard). Durello's naturally high acidity and cool, hillside vineyards produce complex, long lived wines to rival Italy's finest sparkling wines.

Zesty and crisp green apple flavours are nicely offset with light honeyed fruit on the palate.
