Inspired by the flavours of our jams, curds and marmalades, these biscuits are made locally to Chatsworth in the town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire. The package features botanical drawings inspired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire's head gardener Joseph Paxton's own journals from the Duke's private library.
Seville orange marmalade | 340g
The finest Spanish oranges with bright citrus notes create a fine cut marmalade, handmade to a traditional recipe.
Three fruits curd | 210g
Lemon, lime and mandarin are the delicious combination of flavours in this fruity curd, handmade to a traditional recipe. All of our curds are made using fruit, sugar, fresh pasteurised free range eggs and pure country butter, then slowly and gently mixed together to make a great tasting preserve.
