Fruits of the Forage prioritise local foraging, sourcing and using any surplus or leftover fruits and veggies that don't make the cut for the classic routes to market. They operate a no waste function and even deliver to us in fruit and veg trays. We're very happy to start working with them closely, with our new range of sauces, chutneys and relish showcasing the desire to use fruit and wild plants and the value in using often overlooked ingredients.
