Inspired by the flavours of our jams, curds and marmalades, these biscuits are made locally for the estate farm shop in the town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire.

The tin features botanical drawings inspired by the 6th Duke of Devonshire's head gardener Joseph Paxton's own journals from the Duke's private library.

Lime marmalade with pineapple

One of the Duchess of Devonshire's Favorites, our thin cut lime marmalade with pineapple is also an award winner, winning two stars at the Great Taste Awards.

Our range of marmalades include traditional bitter and sweet citrus fruits. Made to traditional recipes using specially selected fruit and cooked in open pans, our marmalades have one of the highest fruit contents in the UK.

Lemon curd

Made with fresh lemon zest and fresh lemon juice, this lemon curd is a firm favourite with our customers. Our small batch curds make a delicious addition to your breakfast table.

All of our curds are made using fruit, sugar, fresh pasteurised free range eggs and pure country butter, then slowly and gently mixed together to make a great tasting treat.
