Wild garlic and ground elder add a strong herbal flavour to red and green chillies to make this piri piri sauce the perfect marinade or spicy dipping sauce.

Working closely with Fruits of the Forage and operating under a no waste function, our new range of sauces, chutneys and relish are born out of the desire to use fruit and wild plants.


Ingredients

235g

Cider vinegar (49%), varying proportions of wild garlic and ground elder (21.5%), sunflower oil, kibbled onion, red chilli (4.4%), green chilli (3.1%), salt.  

Made in a factory which handles mustard and celery.

Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free. Shake bottle before serving. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 weeks.
