This rich, fruity chutney uses Chatsworth Plum Porter ale, with plums from the Chatsworth Kitchen Garden.


Ingredients

320g

Vegetables (43%) (carrot, swede, onion, cauliflower), sugar, malt vinegar (BARLEY), apple, tomato paste, plum porter ale (3%) (malted BARLEY, WHEAT), ops, yeast, plums), dates, (dates, rice flour), cornflour, salt, lemon comminute, acidity regulator: citric acid; spices, garlic puree, MUSTARD powder.
