A marzipan truffle blended with almonds & raspberry puree, smothered in creamy milk chocolate & hand finished with crushed almonds.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent of cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter. 


Ingredients

Marzipan (sugar, ALMONDS, glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, preservatives: potassium sorbate; humectant: sorbitol), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), butter (MILK), fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), fruit purees (glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, beetroot, bilberry & raspberry juice concentrate, natural flavouring, ethanol, acid: citric acid; modified corn starch)), flaked ALMONDS, raspberries, neutral spirit, strawberries, natural flavouring (raspberry, lemon, ALMOND (propylene glycol)), acid: citric acid.

Milk Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 40% min. Milk Solids 14% min. White Chocolate: Cocoa Butter 35% min. Milk Solids 24% min.
