A ganache truffle centre, blended with natural fruit puree and crushed strawberries, smothered in creamy white chocolate and hand finished with crispy meringue pieces.
Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent of cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter.
