Twenty-five generous cubes of fudge in an array of award winning flavours including Salted Caramel, Double Chocolate, Butterscotch, Dark Salted Chocolate and Strawberries & Cream.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter. 


Ingredients

550g

Sugar, golden syrup, cream (MILK) (11%), butter (MILK), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), fat reduced cocoa powder, clotted cream (MILK), white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; sea salt, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), freeze dried strawberries, salt Madagascan vanilla bean paste, natural pink colour: anthocyanins, red iron oxide.

Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 45.5% minimum, milk solids 20% minimum. White chocolate contains cocoa solids 35 minimum, milk solids 24% minimum.
