This Winter Provisions Gift Box includes our Plum Porter chutney, Duke and Duchess of Devonshire Claret, and features a Caramelised Onion Cheddar and Chatsworth Blue.

Thoughtfully curated for cheese enthusiasts, our cheese boxes showcase some our most popular offerings. Each cheese is carefully selected to cover all the favourites, then hand packed alongside the finest accompaniments sourced from local artisans in the Peak District and Derbyshire. 


What's Included

Presented in a reusable Chatsworth wooden gift box, this gift includes:

  • Plum Porter Chutney 320g
  • Duke and Duchess of Devonshire Claret 75cl
  • Caramelised Onion Cheddar 200g
  • Chatsworth Blue 160g

Allergens present: Wheat, Barley (Gluten), Mustard, Sulphites, Milk

Chutney Packed in a facility which also handles mustard, egg, milk, soya and gluten.

All cheeses are suitable for vegetarians and made with pasteurised milk. Your cheese should be refrigerated immediately on arrival. Remove wax before eating.

The caramelised onion cheddar will have a minimum best-before date of two weeks and Chatsworth Blue will have a minimum of one week. Store below 5°C. Keep refrigerated and once open, consume within 3 days.

Tasting Notes

The Duke & Duchess of Devonshire Claret is a traditional blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc grapes grown on the right bank of the Garonne river and from Boulbène in the Entre-Deux-Mers. A well-rounded wine with a lovely freshness and lively fruit character.

Caramelised Onion Cheddar combines the savoury sweetness of caramelised onions along with a sharp, mature cheddar. This cheese has a smooth, creamy texture with a lingering sweetness. Ideal for pairing with crusty bread, crackers, or served alongside a charcuterie board.

Chatsworth Blue is a soft, blue vein cheese with a strong flavour and creamy texture, produced by Hartington Creamery. A signature recipe made originally for Chatsworth, also used across recipes in our café and bakery.

Tasting Suggestions
In order to appreciate the complex taste of each cheese, take note of the below pointers:
- Make sure to pair your cheese with the correct
accompaniments
- Leave your cheese out of the fridge before serving for around an hour to serve at room temperature, this is
when it takes best
- Store blue, smoked or strong cheese away from others to avoid flavours mixing

Delivery Details

  • Delivery available Tuesday-Friday only.
  • All of our cheese boxes are delivered by a Parcelforce 'no signature required' service to ensure you receive the item in perfect condition if nobody is available at the time of delivery. Please add any delivery instructions (i.e. leave in porch, with neighbour) on 'order note' at checkout.
  • Your cheese should be refrigerated immediately on arrival.

Parcelforce 48 Standard Delivery (£6.99) or Parcelforce 24 Next Day Delivery (£9.99) available.

Orders placed before 12pm are despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm are despatched the next day. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not be despatched until Monday.

If you choose click and collect at checkout please request a collection date. The gift box must be collected on this same date to ensure freshness as your cheese box will be prepared in chill packaging and not refrigerated. We cannot be responsible for cheese boxes that are not collected on the same day that they are available for collection.
