Allergens present: Wheat, Mustard, Sulphites, Milk

Thins packed in a facility that also handles fish, celery, sesame, nuts and mustard. 

All cheeses are suitable for vegetarians and made with pasteurised milk. Your cheese should be refrigerated immediately on arrival. Remove wax before eating.

All cheeses will have a minimum best-before date of two weeks. Store below 5°C. Keep refrigerated and once open, consume within 3 days.

Tasting Notes

Caramelised Onion Cheddar combines the savoury sweetness of caramelised onions along with a sharp, mature cheddar. This cheese has a smooth, creamy texture with a lingering sweetness. Ideal for pairing with crusty bread, crackers, or served alongside a charcuterie board.

Red Leicester is known for its vibrant hue and rich, nutty flavour. This cheese has a creamy texture that becomes firmer as it matures. Ideal for eating on its own, slicing onto a cracker or melting onto toast, its balanced flavour makes it a welcome addition to any cheese platter.

Garlic & Chive cheddar is a smooth, traditional infused cheese, with aromatic herbs and fresh garlic. This cheese is perfect for elevating any dish or as a welcome alternative on the cheese board. Use it to make a delicious homemade garlic bread, or slice onto a salted or herby cracker.

In order to appreciate the complex taste of each cheese, take note of the below pointers:
- Make sure to pair your cheese with the correct
accompaniments
- Leave your cheese out of the fridge before serving for around an hour to serve at room temperature, this is
when it takes best
- Store blue, smoked or strong cheese away from others to avoid flavours mixing
