Monetary gift vouchers are sent with an expiry date of one year from the date of dispatch, and will be delivered in a gift card. If you'd like to send a voucher directly to the recipient, you can choose your delivery date and add a personalised Chatsworth greeting card at checkout.

Each order containing vouchers includes one wallet as standard. If you require more than one please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Terms & Conditions

  1. These vouchers can only be redeemed in the above named outlets.
  2. These vouchers cannot be redeemed on the online store due to being in paper form.
  3. The Shops & Restaurants Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of dispatch.
  4. This voucher cannot be redeemed for entry into Chatsworth House, Garden or Farmyard, or any events held at Chatsworth
  5. Gift vouchers may not be redeemed for cash in any circumstances
  6. Gift vouchers can be redeemed for goods of equal or higher value (upon payment of the difference)
  7. No change can be given for goods costing less than the voucher value
  8. Chatsworth Estate Trading Limited shall not be liable for lost, destroyed or stolen gift vouchers.
  9. Gift vouchers are not valid with any discount or promotion

Delivery/Collection

Royal Mail | £3.50

Orders containing gift vouchers alone (with no other gifts) are despatched and delivered within one to two days from placing your order using a Royal Mail First Class - Signed For service. Orders placed from 12pm Friday to 12pm Monday, will be shipped on Monday. Preferred delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Click & Collect | Free

You can collect your order for free from Chatsworth Estate Farm Shop in Pilsley, DE45 1UF. Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, will be ready for collection after 12pm the next day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday, will not be available for collection until the following Tuesday after 12pm. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. For opening times, click here. Please note, due to limited storage space, all orders must be collected within one week, or they will be returned to our warehouse. Preferred collection dates are not guaranteed.
