Caramelised Onion Cheddar combines the savoury sweetness of caramelised onions along with a sharp, mature cheddar. This cheese has a smooth, creamy texture with a lingering sweetness. Ideal for pairing with crusty bread, crackers, or served alongside a charcuterie board.
Cranberry Cheddar is a delightful combination of cranberries and mature cheddar, expertly crafted to create a light pink truckle. This crowd-pleaser is a must-have for any cheese board. Enjoy it best when sliced onto thin crackers.

Chatsworth Blue is a soft, blue vein cheese with a strong flavour and creamy texture, produced by Hartington Creamery. A signature recipe made originally for Chatsworth, also used across recipes in our café and bakery.
