A celebration of Champagne truffles including Dark Chocolate Marc de Champagne and Strawberry, Milk Chocolate Marc de Champagne and Pink Marc de Champagne.

Our chocolates are inspired by a history of making at Chatsworth, from flavours reminiscent cooks' confections, made in the tradition of the best Italian and Belgian chocolatiers, to the decorative flourishes of the house itself, brought to life here in original drawings by Chatsworth's Jon Procter.

White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin; vanilla extract), butter (MILK), fondant (sugar, glucose syrup, water), Marc de Champagne 2.2%, fruit purees (glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, strawberry & beetroot juice concentrate, natural flavourings ethanol, acidifier: citric acid; colouring plant concentrates (apple, safflower, lemon) modified corn starch)), orange liqueur, neutral spirit, strawberries, raspberries, natural flavourings (strawberry, orange, pear, lemon), beetroot liquid, acidifier: citric acid; colour: iron oxide.

Dark Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 61% min. Milk Chocolate: Cocoa Solids 40% min. Milk Solids 14% min. White Chocolate: Cocoa Butter 35% min. Milk Solids 24% min.
