Plums gathered from orchards are infused in organic cider vinegar before simmering with red onions. Pair with charcuterie, cheese or add to gravy.

Working closely with Fruits of the Forage and operating under a no waste function, our new range of sauces, chutneys and relish are born out of the desire to use fruit and wild plants.


Ingredients

200g

Red onion (57%), light brown muscovado sugar, plum vinegar (24%) (cider vinegar, plums (8%)), plums (9%), kibbled onion, sunflower oil, black treacle (cane molasses), salt.

Made in a factory which handles mustard and celery.
