Chatsworth was used as Pemberley, the residence of Mr Darcy in the 2005 film starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Macfadyen. It is believed that Jane Austen may have based her idea of Pemberley on Chatsworth House and written the novel while in Bakewell.

The bust from the film can be seen in the Orangery gift shop at Chatsworth.


Product Details

Made in England by a family run business in Staffordshire.

Our sculpture is produced by a unique and proprietary dry casting process that was specially developed by the supplier. They use white Carrara marble and over 90% of the finished sculpture is natural marble which gives it a look and feel of natural marble.

This type of marble dry casting is authentic to the eye and touch, and can be highly polished. Carrara marble dry
casting is ultraviolet light resistant and is the only white cast material in the world that can offer this.

All sculptures are finished by hand and they can finish the sculpture in many patinas from new to ancient. 

Product Care
For cleaning use soap and water, or any household polish to clean. For stubborn stains, use nail varnish remover. 

Suitable for indoor or outdoor use. Good outdoors all year round any weather conditions. 

Dimensions

The replica bust is 26cm tall, 17cm wide and 10cm deep. It is made from a marble composite and weighs approximately 1.5kg (unboxed).
