Distilled with Douglas fir pine and crab apples to create a earthy, smooth, juniper rich London dry gin with a freshness from the pine and delicate fruit finish. Strong flavour and real heritage.

42% ABV, 29.4 units

Distilled in a traditional pot still in small batches of just fifty bottles per run. All bottles are hand finished, hand labelled and hand numbered.
