Great conservatory liqueurs

A collection of limited edition fruit liqueurs, handmade with fruit from the garden.

Sir Joseph Paxton, head gardener for the 6th Duke of Devonshire, designed the Great Conservatory at Chatsworth and filled it with a plethora of tropical plants. Sadly, it fell into disrepair after the First World War and was demolished. Today our greenhouses provide temperate, Mediterranean and tropical zones, with the Mediterranean zone producing the fruits used to make these liqueurs.
